Gilgit-Baltistan is consist of  of seven district located among four nuclear power India,china,Russia and Pakistan having population three million and center of neat and clean water and glacier as well have strategic and defense importance. The administrative control is in the hands of Pakistani bureaucracy and intelligence agencies. The people of area are suffered and backward in educationally, economically, socially and politically as well constitutional status of GB is unclear since 65 years due to Pakistan dual policy at national level and international level. Pakistani rulers used the area for their political experiments in the names of so called reform council and legislative assembly. The members of assembly and council are powerless, voiceless and authorityless.pakistani agencies support that politician who accept their dictation as well their direction. The indigenous and nationalist leaders who know the real importance and status of area could not run campaign and aware the public about their basic rights due to interference of Pakistani forces and agencies. When ever people of Gilgit-Baltistan together and demand for their constitutional rights, self determination and national identity. The pro Taliban militant who grow during Ziaul haq Regime in the name of jihad Kashmir and Afghanistan in 1988 are active and killed the innocent people after checking their identity card. Their is only karakuram high way where people of Gilgit Baltistan travel for their educational, trade, employment purposes. Due to attacks of these militants this road has become insecure for the people of region. Their are some brutal killing incident has been occurred within three months. the first incident incurred in 28^th February in kohistan at early in the morning when the passenger reach in place of kohistan the militants who wear the uniform of Pakistani army bring out the passenger and checked their identity cards  and killed 27 people and snatch their precious goods and merchandise. The second bad incident is also incurred in this road in chelas on third April 2012.where pro-Taliban militants stop the vehicles and killed 15 passengers after checking their cards. The third cruel incident is incurred currently in LOLO SAR top kpk province where 25 passengers were killed by these militants and so many passengers in this road has become injured and disabled who were the sole responsible of their families.. After this incident the 80 % population of gilgit baltistan has fear to travel in this blood shed road. A protest rally has been launched on 20^th august  by the people of GB after third incident from Immamia Eid Ghah Gilgit to UN observer office jutyal gilgit thousands of youths,Childrens,womens participate in protest and raise slogans against militants down with terrorist, down with Taliban,gav us protection, conduct operation in the kohistan area base camp of militants. at the end of rally a resolution has been passed in front of UN observer and handover resolution where the people demand to open the Kargil Ladakh Road To Skardu, Astore To Serinagar, Free And Easy Visa Policy For Students And Trader Of The Region With Neighbor Countries, Reinstate State Subject Rule, Conduct Military Operation, Resolve The Pending Issue Of GB According To UN Resolution. on same day millions of people has demonstrate in Baltistan  capital skardu and they also have same demands from UNO and international community.
