PEACE THROUGH EDUCATION

All we need is good education. Will good education bring peace to GB? This is a million dollar question of the time. But  any nation that really prospers have very strong education institutions present as the foundation of prosperity of that nation. With strong educational institutions, we can have greater interaction and a flow of better and constructive ideas and through that ideas we can make our thinking’s positive  . There could be better solutions for peace in GB. Killings  can only bring more killings and destroys peace. At that time the education will be a boon.

I think education will serve to benefit the people of GB . Even though it may not necessary guarantee peace, at least they will  be informed of the negative repercussions of extremism  and how it will have large scale effect on the entire population of GB. The major problems facing the GB today are religious extremism and intolerance. Why ? because The existing madrassa education is going to create more and more extremists or terrorists only, they teaches that  one would be a best practical Muslim if he will kill the  people of other sects. so this is the dilemma and all the events that have been occurred in GB especially  the recent Blast in a van near Minawar Gilgit.Moreover we have seen in Kohistan and in Chilas as well.  

So If most of the people get quality education then the nature of the people  will change for good. Education is not just going to the classroom and reading heavy books, it means to know at least the rights and obligations on a person being a human being, the rights  of humanity, the tolerance, the kindness and the compassion .Hope we soon see everlasting peace in this great region.
